1. Merchant identity

HORIZON MATERIALS PRIVATE LIMITED is operated by HORIZON MATERIALS PRIVATE LIMITED, registered at SF-226, MARVELA BUSINESS HUB, Varacha Road, Varachha, Surat, Surat, Gujarat 395006. By completing checkout you enter a binding contract for HSN 1209 sowing seeds from vegetable, flower, forage, herb, spice, and fruit-planting collections listed on this website.

2. Product descriptions

• Each listing states pack weight, count, or variety name. That description defines the goods supplied.
• Photographs illustrate typical appearance; natural variation in packet contents or appearance is expected for sowing seeds.
• Seasonal gaps may require us to pause a variety until the next harvest window opens.

3. Payment methods

• Prices appear in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted otherwise at checkout.
• We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery where serviceable. Email verification is required before order placement.
• COD surcharges, when applicable, are shown on the checkout summary before you confirm.

4. Order confirmation

An order reference is issued once payment is authorised or COD is accepted. This reference is required for all support enquiries.

5. Limitation

We are not liable for delays caused by courier disruption, weather events, or incorrect addresses supplied by the buyer. Perishable goods cannot be held indefinitely at hubs.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from purchases here.
