1. Coverage

We ship HSN 1209 sowing seeds from vegetable, flower, forage, herb, spice, and fruit-planting collections to PIN codes served by our courier partners across India. Remote or unserviceable PIN codes are flagged at checkout.

2. Packing standards

• Seeds are packed in moisture-safe foil packets to protect germination quality.
• High-heat regions may include ice gel packs during peak summer months.
• Each carton lists the variety, weight, and handling instructions.

3. Dispatch timeline

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on business days typically dispatch within 24–48 hours. Peak festival periods may extend processing by one additional day.

4. Shipping fees

Prepaid orders qualify for free standard shipping unless a remote-area surcharge applies. COD orders may incur a handling fee shown at checkout.

5. Delivery attempts

Couriers make up to two delivery attempts. Failed attempts due to buyer unavailability may require re-dispatch at additional cost for perishable goods.
