HORIZON MATERIALS PRIVATE LIMITED processes personal data solely to fulfil seed orders, maintain account security, and respond to customer enquiries. We do not sell personal information to third-party marketers.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and encrypted password.
• Order data: delivery address, phone number, basket contents, and payment method selection.
• Communications: messages sent through Contact, Help Center, or Track & Support forms.
• Technical data: browser type, session identifiers, and IP address for fraud prevention.

3. How we use your data

• Authenticate logins and protect against duplicate or fraudulent registrations.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch seed orders through courier partners.
• Send transactional notifications about dispatch, delivery attempts, and refunds.
• Comply with tax and accounting obligations where applicable.

4. Retention

Order records are retained for the period required by applicable commercial and tax law. Marketing consent, if given separately, can be withdrawn by emailing support@horizonmaterials.in.

5. Your rights

6. Security

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. Payment card data is handled by certified payment gateways; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
